First time trying to get a loan...but got turned down because my last paystub was 3 weeks old. At first, she says she can't see the paystub from my phone, which is a Note 9. So I left and went to get a paper copy from Fedex, came back to Ace. Now she's telling me the paystub is past 30 days... What?... even though I'd told them that I still got my job smh... If you want a "reach-around", I highly recommend this place.
The teller was very friendly
This place is a bunch of thieves running the place ...what's her name Norma is thief too .. I gave them cash 3845 dollars to get money order of that amount and I then she gave me a money order of 3045 ..and they don't have camera on the table so I couldn't hold them responsible . I called chain of command and I still didn't get my $800 back ...be careful from this place because they don't have camera on employees ...I think the whole place is jacked up...
