Maira was very helpful and kind to me on more than one occasion.She is professional and goes out of her way to assist the customer. I could not get my deposit transferred to my other account because my access card was damaged (faded strip). They cash checks....just need a arm and a leg to do it 6% an they charge if its your 1st time here.... I thought you were suppost to welcome business not punish people for trying you out. Down the streets 1% do yourself a favor.

Pre approval should be based on credit score it's a waste of time to go into a facility if I'm already not approved for credit reasons. I spoke with an agent over the phone after applying online the only thing they stated they needed to approve me was my proof of income. Because I wasn't able to completely verify the age t advised me to visit a store. I walked 2 miles to be declined. I was very upset. My daughter used you all weekly, but since this situation bc she referred me she has taken her business to PLS who approved me for a loan.
