Went in with a 14k white gold diamond ring. From my ex-husband. He said it did not have the stamp and it did not test for anything. Gold and the diamonds were real. The young kid said he could not give me anything. Like why would I bring a fake ring in?? They are too young and dumb to know anything about jewelry. I go next door and first thing he asks is did you get it sized. Yes!!! That’s why the stamp is not there and test 100% for white gold. Will never go back to them!!!!! Horrible service!!! Very uneducated.

While I was browsing around just seeing what they got, and overhearing the lady who works there, talking rather loudly to her other employees about how one of the other workers was spending TOO MUCH time with a customer. She said "while you were helping that customer for 30 minutes I helped 4 other people, don't spend too much time on one person. It was a waste of time because that person didn't even buy anything." She repeated herself like 6 times. Totally railing on that guy. She was basically telling him if they seem like they're not going to buy something, no don't waste your time and just end the conversation. That's completely rude and unnecessary. Give the damn dude a break. Making a connection with people will get you further in sales than treating people as nothing more than walking wallets.
Very unprofessional. Called ahead of time to tell them about a camera I had, they said that if it works they would take it. Drove 10 miles to them and when I got there, the guy was like.. where is the other battery... I was like its on and is in good working condition. I only wanted to take out a loan cause I use this camera for my profession. This place wasted my time and had ZERO mercy, they wouldn't budge! Will never go back. Pathetic. Its all about the money, not about helping someone. Selfish.
This store is the exception to the Hardcore Pawn stereotype. In fact, they are the complete opposite. They are scrupulously fair, don't sell bad merchandise and give good pawn and sale prices. I highly recommend them.
