First Cash Pawn in Hurst, Texas

Some employees need to be taught how to work in a place where they have to talk to customers. There is one employee that is very rude and stays on her phone or hiding in a office more then helping. There is another employee that likes to make snide comments about customers thinking they don't hear her! If you don't want to help customers why work in a place where you have to? This was my 4th time in this place and both the ladies were rude everytime. I will for sure take my business elsewhere!

ATTENTION ATTENTION !!!!!!!!!!!!! PLEASE READ too all customers...... if you are a firearm enthusiast like me please do not bring this place any business. They are over pricing all their firearms used and new well above market value. I highly advise if your are going to purchase through them do your homework before doing so. They are not fair on any of the pricing of their firearms. I advise all firearm enthusiast if your going to sell or buy there is plenty of places that will value your items closer to what they are worth then this sad excuse for a business. I understand they are in business to make money. There is fine line between making money the right way vs the way they handle their business. The manager of this establishment is a joke. If your purchasing through this business please make sure all your paper work is correct. I had the experience with a purchase where a new employee did not understand how the paperwork for a background checked worked which is fine that they want to learn. The problem i had was there was a mistake on the paperwork that if incorrect needs to be corrected initialed and dated before being sent along with my signature. The manager stated that the information did not need to be fixed. Everyone reading this that has had background checks before knows that if you send false or missing information it is grounds for a denied background check. SO PLESSE everyone hear my words when I say dont do business with this establishment. They dont have proper people trained to handle that kind of work. If you dont believe me find out for yourself. Went to try and sell some jewelry and stuff I had lady went thru the box and claimed all of it was fake. Kept " accidental" dropping stuff out the box and claiming it was fake. I let it go and assumed she picked it up. And so I went with my girlfriend to another pawn shop trying to pawn her tablet and we tested the jewelry here and they said it was all real! They took everything that was claimed as fake. So just warning yall. These people will lie and try and pocket what you bring in! Not right at all I get if you're tired and in a hurry but I have a pregnant girlfriend and a kid we needed the money for some new tires what a sick sick world!

I come to this place anytime I need a small loan or quick cash from a pawn (Huge variety of inventory as well). Interest rates aren't bad and the staff go above and beyond to meet customer satisfaction. If I could give this place a 6th star I would. Crystal & Kyle (Not so green) are the real MVP's!!! Return customer for sure!!

Do NOT do business here. They are untrustworthy and flat out crooks!! And never never put ANYTHING on layaway. If you change your mind or forget or something, they will not try to contact you they just pocket "steal" your money. Terrible business.
