I had a great experience. I was having trouble getting there, but they went above and beyond to help me. Nick was great in making sure I was taken care of. Erica explained everything to me. She did rush me at all. Very pleasant experience. Elizabeth was sweet and didn't waste time helping me.
I needed insulin and needles for my diabetes and a little gas money until my next payday. The Humble location is the closest office to me. I did the online application on a Sunday & Nick called me 1st thing Monday morning. Nick was very professional and a very sweet person. The process was extremely stress free and quick. I was approved for a loan. Today after work I went to their location and Erica greeted me with a smile and made me feel very welcome.
