The associate that assist me was very punctual polite and very respectable and professional.
Did not cash my check even after they verified the check! One girl didn’t know what she was doing, the other one did not care and acted unconcerned. Went right to a different Ace location and had the check cashed with no problem at all. Unprofessional, will never go to this location again.
It wasn’t really a fault on the company , just couldn’t get someone to verify the check stub . even with countless tips and resources provided by me.
