I love this bank, the only reason it's not 5☆ is because the 1-800 customer service line is horrible and not 24 hours... that should be fixed!
Best costumer service always!
So we’ve banked here for 5-6 years. We’ve financed our home, vehicles, other loans for home improvements, and our leisure/camp trailer. They won’t print a temporary check. Of all the money they made off our family, they can’t afford to spot me a temp check. Wow. Customer service doesn’t exist here nor does gratitude for paying salaries with all the interest we’ve paid over the years.
Great bank! The VP was extremely professional and helpful. He was very honest and helped us make the right decisions.
I am very disappointed in this bank and the manager. I have called and left messages with no response. I then get a call from the manager about two days later saying he was in a meeting the day before (i wonder what happen to days before he was in a meeting?). When you own a small business and your lively hood is determined by credit card processing a call back is very important. This branch gave us the information and equipment that was not necessary. And the representative no longer works for them. And the representative who took his place takes over 60 days to contact you after you have left her messages and emails. I will not ever recommend this bank to anyone for their business or personal banking. Customer service is key and they are very deficient in it. I wish I could choose a negative on the stars.
