HOWEVER, Anna was UNHELPFUL. I'm hoping that they get some sort of compensation or recognition for great customer service so that Alejandra gets it. I highly recommend any other location than this one to do business. The manager William has the most horrible customer service ever! He is very rude and uninformative. Thank God for the 1800 number to customer service which he said there was not one. He advised that there was no one above him to inquire with or complain on him to! He lied. I fortunately got better results from customer service!
