They are very unclear about what you are signing up for. I can see how they sell these loans to unsuspecting customers with the wording and a flow chart that they grossly misrepresent! All I kept hearing was “I’m not allowed to disclose that information” before I sign the contract. I wanted an upfront quote about a set loan with a set time for repayment (4 days until a full repayment of $300). I had to listen to the wording and decode the guys sales tactics, where he would say one thing making sure he is covering the true information, but turning around and pointing at a number stating that “I’m not sure how they get that number, but as you can see here, it’s only a few cents.” “All I know is that they charge $22 per every 100 you borrow, and that you are paying a DAY RATE of 10% of the loan until paid in full” ... it’s not a few cents buddy... 10% of 300 is $30 a day plus the 22x3(every $100). $30 x 4 days = $120 $22 x 3 = $66 120 + 66 =. $186 it will cost you to borrow $300 for 4 days Beside the fact that this is grossly over priced. I would have respected the process much more if they were more transparent. Instead, he chose to give me worst case scenarios to deter me away from actually doing the numbers, and blatantly lying about the day charge being a few cents.... people can easily be deceived during tough times, and it’s a wonder how this is legal. Suckers are born every day I guess. Not today.
The customer service was awesome I have to give a shout out to Jose and Maria for their service and how they helped me throughout the process in helping me get a loan. Such a wonderful staff. I recommend others to come here to get the loan you will need.
