I was directed to One Main to consolidate my credit accounts through Credit Karma. Very quick, and friendly staff. They cut you checks right away while you are signing your documents. One of my creditors shredded the check we sent because it was a 3rd party check so they placed a stop payment on the original and re-issued another directly to the institution. Great service.
I use to love this branch. All of them were awesome. I cannot wait to pay off my loan. I will never do business with them again. Sara has really taken down the quality of the branch and phone calls are not returned. Disappointing.
Stacey is very misleading and just not honest when completing loan. If I would've know I wouldn't have refinanced loan for only a hundred dollars. I'll never make that mistake again. Really disappointed with service this time. Before it was great.
