The employee Lizbeth Fuentes is very disrespectful and didn’t fill me in on the information of the insurances she told me they were included when they weren’t and actually raised my payment by a lot. She also asked me personal information I don’t think she would have needed, I’m displeased by the customer service from this store while getting a lone, and I will not be coming back because of this reason. Fix the problem

I like the company. My only issue is the "in location" signature requirements. They would get 5 stars if there was more of an electronic signature or DocuSign process.
Horrible customer service! Asked for a title loan since I was in between jobs and they couldn’t even do an employer verification! What’s the point of trying to help people! WORTHLESS!
