No compassion for anyone's time, I've been up to this store at least 8 times. I was told that my bank was not accepted which was Bank of America by the way so I used my secondary account quit First convenience bank. And was told well the account is good but not enough activity but the BOA account was fine, this company is a joke. I mean at this point I dont feel getting a loan through them is a good move their completely incompetent

I have taken the time to write to CEO, Trevor Ahlberg about my experience with the Cash Store through his company, Cottonwood Financial. I have left complaints and no affirmation has been made regarding the incident Regional Manager for District 12, Veronica has caused.
