Good staff good customer service willing to work with you but If your getting a laptop do a good look over it I happen to get a hp that could not connect to WiFior network in general it was a Easy over looked problem not there fault the guy that had it last put a bandage over the software and pawned it but a heads up
Just hopefully anyone looking for tools of any kind sees this don’t buy them here i bought three From this pawn shop Im guessing they don’t test them but all of the three I have purchased broke came back not even a day couldn’t do anything about it the warranty is a scam hopefully someone can see this before they lose hundreds of hard earn money because all these people are doing is robbing the community thank god I didn’t end up buying any of their electronics because one of my friends told me their console just happens to shut off and never came back on EVERYONE PLEASE START READING REVIEWS BEFORE YOU BUY!!!!
