Very low level of customer service. They treat their customers with non-respect and don’t want to help them out to cope with their financial issues. I didn’t like that they bother me during the payback period with endless phone calls!!! There is no reasonable amount of flexibility..
I called Apple Car Loan because a friend referred them to me to compare quotes on a Lexus ES 2007 with 138,000 miles. The agent said I qualified for the maximum loan which is $5,000! Their rate was 10%/month, $500 interest, which the agent said saves about 30% interest over a payday loan (I don't have a job anyway so I wouldn't qualify for that, I do freelance work). The agent was very nice and knowledgeable. Though when I asked if they did loans in California outside of Texas, he said no, they are only licensed in Texas. If I were there, I would likely go with them.
