So in May, I paid a bill to a gas provider and it was paid to the wrong provider, so for months they ignored my request of trying to get my money back. Even the clerk who posted the money to the wrong account act like it wasn’t her problem. I was out of 96.00 and still didn’t get money that was owed to me, basically Jennifer (the clerk) and Dan ( the district manager) stated that I was just not going to get my money back. That they don’t know what happened to the money. How do you pay them but your money mysteriously disappears, and they can’t track it?? ♀️
I am always going to Ace to do my Personal Business And They are so Nice all the time. They helped me make much better options on things and Everything turned out so much better. I read the Reviews on Here and I just don’t see what people are talking about at all when I’m there they are always ready and so much Helpful. Great Attitudes and Just Comfortable there!!!
