Great customer service and very friendly. Fast and easy
The ladies at this Ace Cash Express were so rude. It was my first time at this location and purchasing a money order. I was hopeful that they would be helpful in this situation and explain how and what. But i was not helped and given a terrible attitude! It's ridiculous they have a platform on the wall with what says "GUEST" and how you to deal with the 'guest' the right way. They stressed me out to say the least. Not a great way to start the year Ace Cash Express! How unfortunate!
The store is clean. The employees are polite. I suggest more clarity in discussing options. I asked the teller 2 times if there was a monthly payment for my account and she said no. I ended up paying them 20 bucks over 2 months. I'm taking business elsewhere but the store is a good store.
