I've been coming to Cash America Pawn for years. I put an item in layaway and instead of 10% down I put 50% down voluntarily. Just a few days after missing my 1st of 3 set up payments, they sold my merchandise and refused to give me a store credit or refund for the half down! There is no grace period or customer service involved whatsoever and this pawn shop is only out to take people even if it means loosing a long term customer. Sick. Go elsewhere.
This old red haired lady tried to buy my Tv for $14.. Not even $15 lol. I ended up going five minutes down the street to another pawn shop and they bought it for $28.. Almost double what she offered!! I bet she would've felt really good knowing she bought my Tv for $14, when she was planning on selling it for$40 or $50.. but I know better! They DID not get my business today and they never will! Whether I'm buying or selling!
I shop at pawn shops frequently. This is the most expensive pawn shop I have ever been to. Lots of items are near new pricing without a warranty unless you pay extra. The worker didn't act like they care. I wouldn't shop here. Too many competitors. Thanks
I REPEAT DO NOT DO NOT!!! Bring your gold here I went in this past friday with 32.9 grams of 14k items the lady that was testing my gold did not have no I dea what she was talking about tried giving me $70 For $783 dollars worth of gold! She literally tried robbing me! I told her ohhh no I can't do it for that she then told me it's barely $125 total. She picked up my item's and in a way tossed my item's back at me and I had to catch them off the counter. At this point I knew try to counter or reason with this lady was out of the question so I walked away! Went to a pawn shop in ft.worth and got a total of $400 dollars for my item's!! I cannot believe this place was trying to rob me blind!! Oh and I will be calling the manager and filing a complaint on this employee buyers and sellers beware and cautious of your precious metals at this place!!
