I called the Granbury location today to find out how it works and what I needed to do. I spoke to Vicky, she was able to break it down for me in about 2 minutes. I came in with what she said was needed. There was a few people ahead of me, I got a chance to watch her in action. She was awesone. She greeted each person as they came in as well as treating the customer in front as though they were realitves.....you know the ones you actually like, all while answering the phone. She was great. When it was my turn she explained everything very well and just had an overall calm warm vibe. I wish I could give her 10 stars. Way to go Vicky, you are the best!!!
