The ladies are decently nice but some can be rude I've never gone a month without paying but I've been late but I told them I can't control when I get my check. I've asked them countless times if I can move my date but they refuse to UNLESS I refinance. They really could care less about circumstances but it's all about the money so they're just doing their jobs but personally, never again
The ladies are always very nice. When I'm going to be late, I call them on my due date and make arrangements to pay them and they are very understanding. Once I'm done paying the loan I have now hopefully I want need another one but if I do I no I can always come back to World Finance.
Awesome place and always 5 stars. Edna is very professional and takes care of everything quickly. I would recommend her to anyone. Thank you Edna for your customer service. :-)
