Brought in a solid 18 karat white gold necklace with diamonds. Valued at over $500. I walk in and the first thing lady says is oh that's not real. They offered me $7 told me diamonds were real and it was sterling silver. Even though it's marked with jeweler initials and 18K. Did they really just try to take my solid gold necklace for less than 10 books? Will never go back!
I was wanting to get a cash loan my my drone to have some cash. The EZ PAWN here in Galveston treated my great. They were busy which means lots of future muhandise to be on the floor. The money I received was a fair enough. Thanks
I bought a DVD player that ended up not working. I took it back within 24 hours and they refused to replace it for the same price, and they also would not give my money back. They did give me store credit, I used it, and that device was broken as well. They sell you garbage and when you return it, they only give you store credit for more garbage. They sell mostly electronics, but they're products do not work. Also, I will say what no one else wants too. This store is ghetto. The employees are rude and frequently do business with drug addicts. The drug addicts, than in turn, harrass you in the parking lot. This store will be out of business soon. I wouldn't go here unless you want to get robbed. Figuratively and literally.
No “hi”, no “hello”, no “we’ll be with you in a minute sir” ... just three women behind the counter with three cash registers, serving two customers. Politely waited for 10 minutes then left.
This used to be our go to pawn shop to buy jewelry and now your lucky if you can get someone to wait on you .
