I went in today to cash a check and the lady ( I believe her name was Katherine) was closing for lunch but opened back up and cashed my check which was super nice. She was great and did not act put out because I interrupted her lunch hour. 5 stars for great customer service!
The lady at the Gainesville Tx location Katheryn was very helpful and treated me with very good service. Greeted me with a smile. I could tell right off the bat she is passionate about her job.
