I went in not looking for anything particular and found a beautiful men's diamond ring. It was 25% off and they even resized it to the size I needed for free. I absolutely love this ring. I went back 2 weeks later and found a great deal on a rope necklace. Unfortunately when I got home to take it off it broke. I was really devastated that such a thick chain could break so easily. I immediately called and they said no worries that they would fix it. I'm hoping you can't tell where it was broken when it's finished. They had no control over that considering it was probably a pawned used item. But to fix it free I thought was great customer service. I'm still not finished purchasing from this AWESOME Pawn place. They are super friendly and having a jeweler in the building is awesome. I was a jeweler myself for 17 years and I feel they are doing everything right. I HIGHLY recommend if you're looking for a wedding set or really just about anything go see them they are very reasonable and super friendly. I'm so glad I found this place. It will be in my regular places to shop. I'm from Oklahoma and am glad while I'm here several months that they are just down the street.

Open hours are supposed to be from 8am - 6pm Mon-Fri... been sitting here since 8am, and they are not open. Not sure what time they actually open... Edit: Another time of coming to this location, and it is almost 8:30am, and they have yet to open again. If you are coming to this store, I would advise not showing up before 9am, as they will probably not be open...
Good people, good deals, and they are fair with both buying and selling. Don’t know what more you could ask for when looking for a pawn shop! The negative reviews on here are hilarious and probably from “customers” who tried to not pay the full amount or wasn’t able to get their loan back for whatever reason that had nothing to do with the shop. Their prices and fees are cut and dry and the same for everyone...
