I asked really simple questions about cashing my check and if they could do a 2 party check... (confirming it because 4 other places before couldn’t) and he answered me three times with “I don’t know.”
Georgia, the manager, is a very personable help, friendly, and has been very informing when dealing with problems. Working with the branch on Preston Rd. in TX, has been lifesaving, as we have moved from another state and needed a place to cash business checks. I would rather deal with Ace than my own bank most of the time.
This review is not specific to this location. I applied for an installment loan and was sent an email stating that I was pre-approved based on the information I provided and that I was to call to verify some "additional" information. When I called, the representative only asked my name, phone number, date of birth and last four of my ssn #. After providing the information, she said my loan was denied. Why send a "pre-approval" email then? This is just bad business and I will never recommend this company!
