Please double check your contract people, verbal confirmation of your monthly payment from your loan agent means nothing. Our first automatic payment was double the amount that it was supposed to be because the crook agent that helped us put in the contract (under "I elect to pay $____) that we were opting to pay that amount instead of the minimum payment. Of course we didn't notice it and got screwed. Had to call OneMain to get it fixed, but made the first payment for an amount we couldn't afford. Lesson learned.
So I got a letter pre-approving me for an unsecured loan. Already having an unsecured with Onemain for 8k that I have made every payment above what was due. The new loan would pay off the balance of my current loan and distribute balance of fund. So I call and this place is just a scam.....all my criteria is the same with the addition of paying on my current loan in a timely manor...but now I need a secured loan???? Stick to legit banking institutions this place is a scam. Will be paying off my current loan ASAP and then I'm done. SERIOUSLY TAKE ME OFF YOUR MAILING LIST.

Jasmine was such a Good loan officer. She was professional and so courteous. Interest high but my credit score only 667 . Thankful of One Main Financial . Jasmine should be commended for her work . I see she was also front desk clerk and multi - tasking but doing it so well.
