I Chose Here, to get Consolidation Loan. It was EXTREMELY Fast & Easy. They were SUPER COMPASSIONATE about helping me with loan process, as I have Mobility Issues. My Hands, fine Motor Skills Are LIMITED. DEFINITELY, Refreshing; NOT Being made to feel uncomfortable; Being Physically Challenged.
I was hung up on by a customer representative here. They claim they had the wrong phone number and just updated it today when I have been in contact with them by phone since last week. They are very sketchy. I gave them everything they asked for, and I had extremely high approval odds and preapproval from them themselves before having a hard pull done just to be told that I was denied for no good reason. She even said that because they didn’t have the correct phone number it “didn’t help.” That was not my fault at all. I am extremely disappointed with this company and thought they did the wrong thing, especially in how they treated me. I will never speak anything but bad and negative comments about this company, especially for the outrageous rates they charge.
The loan officer was very knowledgeable about the loan documents and made sure that I fully understood the documents that I was signing. No hidden fees.

I received the worst customer service from Ashten N. Stickle. I would not recommend this location if your looking for someone who is interested in you as a customer. I was told when I called it would take a hour for a response. After a 24 hr period she requested a document by mail of which I sent right away, she in turn calls asking me for it hours later and when I stated it was sent she said she overlooked it. I'm told I'll get a return call in a hour again. Three days later I call ask for her because I never received a call back only to be told sorry she's busy and cant help you? I had a title she was suppose to research and I truly believe she didn't know how so she just didn't contact me. Very Very poor customer service skills were implored by her!!!!!
