Had to go back three times for a problem with 2 faulty Google Mini's. Finally just had to get our money back. The manager had attitude from the very beginning over a USB power cord of all things. NOT a place to go folks. There are PLENTY of other pawn shops out there that truly appreciate your business. Don't waste your time here.
I was contacted Buy this pawnshop through Pawn guruThe lady made me an offer on an Item of mine she told me they close at seven I drove more than 40 minutes to this location when I stepped out of my car it was 7 o’clock on the dot the Store employee turned me away after she asked me to come all this way and offered to purchase my items on the Internet. This place is horrible I wouldn’t recommend it to anybody
Very sorry a** customer service, makes walmart look decent. Came here to see how much I could pawn my Xbox for, first encounter the lady accuses me of stealing my Xbox lol. Tells me they will not take it unless I can furnish my receipt that it came with a couple years ago lmfao. If you’re like everyone else around Fort Worth and lower middle class people stay away from this place they won’t do business with u. They’ll treat you like garbage just by looking at you take your business across the street down the road to that pawn shop. They welcome everyone and you don’t feel out of place, best thing about it you don’t need a receipt to pawn your own items there ;) i’m Going to swing back by the pawn shop down the road tell the woman and show her how I just pawned my item without a receipt stay away from First Cash Pawn in River Oaks nothing but a bunch of rude bigoted discriminating folks at that place.
The employees are so nice they help you on everything.
