Lost my job on Friday called to explain the situation and they lady, I believe her name was Edna, that answered told me she would make note and keep in contact with her once I get employed again. (Mind you I was a regular paying customer) They went behind my back and debited my checking account causing overdraft fees totaling almost the same amount of the loan payment. I had such a pleasant experience with the Arlington location but this branch, I do not recommend. I can’t wait to be done with these people.
