Ok so today I had a pretty bad experience with this particular store everyone is sooooo nice and kind EXCEPT KEAFA if the spelling is wrong sorry but she has zero customer service ok so I’ve been before I didn’t have all my documents told her I would be back another day so I came in I saw her she spoke but with a attitude so ok whatever maybe something happened before I came so Keke let’s me know that KEAFA was going to be doing my app so I’m waiting maybe 10 15 minutes maybe I don’t mind because when I walked In i saw that she was cleaning so then she comes around to the windows she sees me and ask keke “are you going to finish her app because yeah I’m not doing that” and waves her hand off at me I never said anything still so I wait another 10 minutes so I just go to the desk at this point and I asked keke was keafa going to do it or not so she then let me know no I will be finishing it.so keke starts the app I got passed to lesli I believe that’s her name she was so polite she gave water she was really trying to help she was aswome.As I’m printing things off I over hear Keafa saying "see she had to do all that last time she had to call her card to” like I wasn’t sitting there so idk if she heard me or not but I did say if anyone has anything to say they can say it to me.I am in customer service and will be promoted to supervisor June 13th 2018 I except more from others if they are in customer service i may be being harsh but you should never treat Someone like that no matter what.It wasn’t as if I was a rude person I spoke to everyone the whole time so there was no need for any of that and the encounter we had together the first time was the same so I am very disappointed in her customer service
