Tried to rip me off. I came here with a band instrument. Bought new for $1800. All websites sell for $1800. In excellent condition. Manager says, “yeah, I see they sell for $1800. I could do $100.” The mouthpiece of this instrument is worth about that. The case is worth more than that. I know I am not getting anywhere near retail, but what a joke. Don’t go here, rip offs.
They have no customer service skills, the young lady that was helping me was very rude! Her demeanor was very negative from the start and started helping another customer as she was not done helping me! The manager was right there and didn't even pay attention or even cared of how she handled customers. I have been going there for over 10 years and the past few years the customer service has been horrible! I called customer service and they were nice and understanding and within an hour I had a call from that same manager, what's funny is that he was so nice on the phone but in person he didn't even try to be friendly or helpful! Never again!
