Just tried to access ATM at Lake Worth, TX. location and ATM was not working. Also, just learned that the drive thru is closed and have to go to lobby for any banking. Tried online site & was informed that they could not process my request. What is going on with this Bank? I will close my account & stop all dealings with this Bank if I can't get some answers.

Very unhappy with the way my mom was assisted when it came to closing her account. Due to unforeseen circumstances, she decided it was best to close her account with this bank because she wasn’t working but the main reason is she moved 4 hours away where they don’t even have this branch. She asked to speak to someone in Spanish but instead they acted like it would be too much of a bother to help her and pretended to be busy. Finally someone else took care of her which I appreciate but there is absolutely NO EXCUSE to not help your clients when they decide to bank with you no longer.
