I recently visited this location Saturday. I hadn’t been there in a while. Every other time I went I didn’t care to do a review the previous reps weren’t that rude just seemed defeated but this time was different I was dreading going in because I wasn’t sure what I’d get but I needed these money orders so bad . When I walked in I didn’t see anyone I heard someone say I’ll be right there then someone walked around the corner holding papers There was this beautiful woman Princess was on her name tag. I couldn’t believe she worked there she looked like she was crying before I came in but continued to be very nice ,pleasant and smile and ask how can she help me. 2 others people walked in waiting and then While I’m standing there getting my change in comes someone else who is upset yelling I’m taking to long at the window and starts yelling obsene things to her saying she’s taking to long calling her out her name and everytime he comes in these peopl have an attitude and are rude he’d literally just walked in and there were other people waiting. She smiled at me showed me each individual money order and said have good day and kept working. If that’s the type of customers they geteveryday then no wonder she was crying and the reviews are like this. Maybe it’s not the service they’re providing maybe it’s the customers they’re getting.
