Nooo! Do not go here!! I don't have account here and the check belong to bank if america and the coky guy said it would take 2 hour to verify the check the check. He said all bank were like this, so i called another bank of america and they said there should not be no 2 hour wait. So dont go here!!!
Tried to get change for cash and was told no because you must have an account with them, I understand that if I was cashing a check, but cash for cash made no sense.. Absolutely the worst service ever, And that’s why I’m not gonna be a customer ;)
No customer service here what so ever, and they are not helpful at all with any issues you may have with your account. I went up there after being told to go to the branch and they could fix it there over the phone only for me to get there and wait 15 minutes for them to throw me in the lobby and tell me to call bill pay. Extremely poor customer service. They give me a phone number to call the bankers also and nobody ever answers or calls back. I wouldn’t recommend Bank of America to anyone and my close my accounts myself.
My husband and I just had a wonderful experience at BoA Forney and it was all thanks to Summerlin! She took time amd spoke with us regarding some financial accounts. We were a walk in and she treated us with eaqual dignity and respect. She answeted all of our questions and made sure we understood everything.
