First let me say Awesome customer service. Joise, Sonja , Lashon and all other employees and Management at this location are extremely helpful. I live in Arlington closer to the Pioneer Parkway location but I travel here to the Fort Worth Wichita and Mansfield Hwy location due to the warm friendly inviting atmosphere. I have been a customer of PLS for over 3 years and to be honest this is the best location I have ever visited. Salute.. You guys rock

the customer is very poor they don’t like to help others I been using my plasma card with the other location with No Problem as long as I show my id , this location told me the card as to have my name on it after I told her I can call and verify that the card was mines she told me to go to the atm with an nasty attitude so I went back to Hemphill and they gave me my money off the card with no problem. Forest Hill needs an new manager
