The first time we went in, the manager was very rude about the objects we we're trying to sell and offered a set amount if in working order. One object he couldn't work and told us he would give said set amount if we came back with it working. So, we come back a couple days later only to be told that he would've never set that price. The worker we dealt with was considerate, yet the manager was inconsistent and harsh when it was over less than $20. Have fun with the $5 you saved and the fewer customers who browse your business, due to your managers unprofessional attitude towards customers.
Place is horrible has no knowledge of most things that people pawn they are a rip off
I love them
My husband went to this establishment for a quick transaction, nothing too in depth or lengthy. When he pulled on the doors, to his amazement, it was locked! He looked and notice the "open" sign light was on. We chose this shop based on reviews, hours, and location. He drove out there which used our time and money.. only for the doors to be locked prior to the listed close times on Google and the store hours listed on the shop's door. The shop closed at 8 today but he arrived and attempted opening on the door well before then. He noticed two people behind the counter and another person or two inside. Everything indicated the shop should have been open. Nobody came to explain why the door was locked. Pretty humiliating. Never coming back. I hope this review is beneficial to others attempting to go close to their close time. Don't even waste your time.
Still rude and they lie to your face. I gave them an extra star because they are better than their sister store in Hurst. I got what I needed and left good riddance and I will not be returning for more business
