Got a loan everything was fine till I was till I was 2 days late. Spoke to the guy that works there and he told me to come in 2 days he would put it in the system and I would be ok. Well I came to pay 2days later the lady told me they have sent it to the bank. So instead of charging my bank the full 122.00 I owed. They sent 4 charges of 30.45. So my bank need charing me 29.50 4 times. On top of the money they took, so I asked them how can I fix it, and why the guy lied to me, they told me I is not his fault, so I demand he be reprimanded or fired for lieing to customers. They refuse and said he was a good employee and cover his but. They offer to cover only one of the charges over overdraft, but not in money back. They said I would have to get another loan, and they would take it out of the first payment.. I am very disappointed. Be very care with this company.. And especially the guy that works there he is a liar..
Employees are rude and ignorant. They will double charge your account even after you have paid them.
They will steal your money like they did mine. Steve Pienado is a dishonest liar. Don't bother reporting it to them. And after I catch them stealing from me, he does nothing except deposit my checks to get more money. The entire staff does it. He does nothing about it. Check your receipts with these people!!!!!! Thats how I caught them!! Just a pack of theives running a payday loan scam on people who come to them for help. Take your business elsewhere unless you have money to give away.
Assistant Manager Ricardo is useless he doesnt know how to explain the contract correctly. If I get a loan i would go to a different location just so that doesnt doesnt get credit for a extra loan. Also try to pay fast because the interest rate is high.
Fui acompañar a mi mamá para que pague y pues mi mamá estaba dando muchos cheques y la señora solo pondré esto xke no se su nombre pero solo sus iniciales , CSR initials: MYMA fue muy fea le pregunté eso d los cheques y me contestó muy feo con actitud ya después le dije solo fue una pregunta y ya después cambia su actitud hasta mi mamá lo notó si tanto le molesta que te pregunten cosas mejor no debería trabajar hay o si tiene un mal día porfavor no se desquiten con el cliente
