San juanita, Amber, Lilly, Albert, and all staff are awesome. I highly recommend this place. I have never been treated bad. They always help me. They go out of their way for me and every customer that walks in the door.. Pay out high prices. And sell at great prices. Other pawn shops price things out as new items. Not here. Everything is at a fair price.
This was an extremely unprofessional experience. Waited a good 30 minutes and at the end wasn't even attended. I was told by an associate that the item I was attempting to trade for a loan wasn't worth $15.00 and to not waste the stores time, mind you my item is worth well over $1000.00! I am extremely dissatisfied and offended. I do not recommend this place.
