I applied to this company 4 days ago I got approved then when I went to the Ace Store to receive my money my profile was closed and I couldn't receive my funds. I apply two twice after and it was an automatic denial. It flags my credit every time you apply for their application and supervisors are rude on-site. The customer service is very Rude ! I would never recommend this company and I'm still waiting on corporate office correspondence to overwrite the approval, let's see how long that takes!

3/22/2014 Just so you know who I am. Rude customer service. Argue with customers did not even do her job by scanning my money order or calling or running my name. I have done a lot of business with Ace in the past have cashed 8k checks and can tell you that this place at 4700 is the most unprofessional place I have had to deal with yet. The woman behind the counter with the heavy eye shadow is ghetto, ugly, and just plain rude. Tried to give me the number to her supervisor at his location but I just detoured that one since they may be friends and filed a complaint with Ace headquarters who know me. Tip to uneducated woman behind glass, you may just want to check who you speak to before opening your mouth. Also checked with headquarters and was informed these money orders DON'T need the senders info. Utter moron.
Toro Taxes they charge you a lot tax preparation fees are from 500 to 800 bucks and the ACE Cash charges A lot to cash your check bad service.
