I came to purchase a video game controller that couldnt even be confirmed as whether or not it even WORKS because they refused to plug it in to check. What kind of pawn shop doesn't know whether or not a product works when you do it all day! THEN when you decide to possibly purchase the product after going back and forth (mind you I called first). They refuse to sell it to you without an id when you don't even want a warranty ! I'm not selling anything I'm not even paying with a debit card a total waste of my time. It's a playstation controller for a child. You've got to be kidding me. Will NEVER return.

I’m a long time customer of over 20 years and a really close friend to two of the district and regional managers. I am currently having some floor wk done to my business one light up and needed to move some lockers over to have flooor guy to lay my tile. I had an unrepairable flat on my dolly and didn’t realize it when I went to air it up so I pulled over to see if I could purchase one or either borrow one and leave my identification card while using it. The assistant manager was so rude that she wouldn’t even look up to tend to my issue. After seeing me discussing the issue with fellow employees she then comes over and here’s my concern but closes the door in my faces saying we’re not open and we don’t lend anything to anyone. I said man I’m a really good friend of the district manager and a business owner at next light and will return the dolly and leave my drivers license. She closes the door in my face and says I don’t care who you are or who you know I’m not lending anything to you! Mam I’m your neighbor I says and just asked you for a favor to borrow a dolly if you don’t have one for sale in which I will return expeditiously. She closes and locks the door on me...wow! Over 20 years of giving this company my business and this is how you would treat anyone? Well Ms. Sheryl..the assistant manager..I surely hope God tends to you and the company should really let you go as an old woman who saw it just approached my car saying that you are always very rude to everyone! I suggest Cash Pawn let you go before loosing a whole lot of business in the future as you have 0 customer service!!!!! Sincerely Mr. White,
