Always will try to low ball you and then they sell it and bad customers service
They screwed us! My husband bought me a gold necklace for my birthday from this location, we pawned it once before at this location with no problem, but when we tried pawning it again for a second time they told us it was fake gold! This was before we told them it was bought at this location! They didn't let us pawn it and said they didn't believe it was purchased there unless we showed them the receipt, and we did have it up to a year but eventually threw it away. This is ridiculous why allow us to pawn it once?..why sell fake gold? Keep your receipts!!!
