Went in thinking i was going to get approved did paper work they scan my id...ssn ..debit card only to be told i needed another form of picture i.d. to get approve like gun licence old id or passport well i found my old id and went back did more paper work etc...only to be told the address wasnt the same so therefore was once again denied because of that...smh dont get your hopes up expecting to be one of the 90% to be approved like me....smh very disappointed
The staff is very helpful. It's nice that they remember my name. Easy to get my loan and make payments.
I have always had pleasant customer service at this location. I recommend using this establishment as long as you can pay off your debt the very next pay period. The fees add up quickly.
While the process was somewhat easy, the interest rates are terrible. But that's not what made me pay it back so quickly. Every time I went in i was made to wait even when there were no customers. They actually answered phones while I say and waited. I think that you serve the customers that are there. I was late picking up my daughter because I waited. Im glad I am DONE with This place.
Rating would be minus 5 but that is not an option. This organization is worse than a locale loan shark. Loan shark charge double your loan. On a 260 loan with good credit, They want to charge me 766.60 pay back. Where as Regal finance loaned me 1,000. and my total pay off which is broke down for a year, not 6 months is 1200. Big difference. This loan will be paid off immediately and this place is only used in case of dire emergencies. Almost any other loan place would have been wiser.
