Onemain is the best loan company, they are friendly and understand your financoal need, plus then have excellent promotion and fixed interest rate term.
They are so unorganized!! I paid off my car note 4 months ago but never received the car title. I called in to request my car title, they told me that I have to go to the DMV to find my car title. Unbelievable!!! I would not recommend anyone to finance anything with this company unless you want to go through stress.

I have been a customer for many years with the weatherford branch, due to moving I had to be with the Denton location, Joseph is the customer service care person that has been dealing with me to refinance my loan he never has returned my calls I've had to call him back everyday he said it's still pending I've never had this kind of poor service I guess that tells you where you really rate with them, as for them after I pay this off I won't do business with them never again, if I couldn't refinance they should have the respect to let me know.Harold.
