These people don’t help you at all tha old lady was rude asking you all types personal questions then when you tell your business they say I can’t help you I gotta turn your application down jus so rude
Carol was never rude to me. This office helped me when I was in need. I have been a customer for years, off and on.
Well carol is rude she needs to retire she called my reference and told them the amount of my loan. I thought that was personal but ok so I called her to get a copy of my application she would not give me a copy she kept talking over me I could barely get a word in so I asked for the number or email to the person above her of course she wouldn’t give it to me then she hung up on me
There's a lady that works there named Carol. She is the rudest lady. Don't waste your time coming here take your business to a more professional place. I called to make a payment on a balance I owed she apparently didn't/couldn't understand me so she wanted me to speak to someone who spoke Spanish. NO CAROL I SPEAK ENGLISH THANK YOU. She didn't want to work with me on payments so I told her I would not be paying anything for now & she said "yeah that's what I thought" and hung up on me. I think if she's going to be that rude maybe she should just home and drink her cup of coffee. If there was a lower rating I could give I would,I think 1 star is actually complementing you guys.
Rude and unprofessional will never be calling again just every unprofessional should never talk to anyone in that manor who is coming to you for business even if you can't help them at the time
