They will call your phone tel you they do not use credit and encourage you to come in then they will run your credit which it being run will negatively impact you credit score. They tell you they go off of credit point system not credit however this is another way of saying yes they do go off of credit just a heads up to those who they convince to come in person as they will 90% of the time deny you over the phone and encourage in person.
