I HAVE RECIEPTS AND BANK STATEMENTS TO PROVE THAT I ALWAYS PAID ON TIME!! AFTER I PAID OFF MY LOAN ON TIME AT THAT THEY REPORTED TO THE CREDIT BUREAU THAT I WAS LATE ON ALL MY PAYMENTS AND THAT IS A LIE!!! THIER LIE MADE MY CREDIT DROP BY 50 POINTS!! AVOID THEM THEY WILL MAKE YOUR SCORE DROP EVEN IF YOU MAKE EVERY SINGLE PAYMENT ON TIME AND PAY OFF YOUR LOAN!! THEY ARE A SCAM!! I HAVE ALL THE RECIEPTS TO PROVE IT TOO!! SAVE YOUR TIME - GAS - AND ENERGY! Unprofessional, unethical, and inconsistent! Went in for a small personal loan due to unpredicted circumstances. I had all the required documents in hand but walked out. They lack empathy and will kick you down when you are already down. Upper management I hope that this review will help not only "potential" customers but upper management to look into the staff that is running this location and better their business.
Got approved for a loan of 300.00. But I had to show proof of income which I did, but she said I needed an original. I drove back home to get the necessary documents, it was still not good enough. Waste of time and gas if you ask me
Manager Christina Rodriguez is very rude! Accused me of fraud for having two addresses mailing and residence. Not helpful when you really need help and someone comes at you with that type of attitude not good! I work very hard and I come to work everyday I don't think it was fair for me to get treated like this. I am not rude or am I a mean evil person to get treated like this!
"Manager" ate a jumbo jack while processing my loan and acted as if I was bothering her. Very disgusting and rude.
