IVONNE... was AWESOME, the entire office was pleasant. The loan process was quick and easy, it took 15 minutes. Everything is electronic you dont have to sign a stack of loan papers. The repayment plan is reasonable and simple. Power will be my "go to" the next time I need money. Oh! THE BEST PART IF YOU NEED ANOTHER LOAN YOU JUST LOGIN TO YOUR ACCOUNT YOU DO NOT HAVE TO GO TO THE OFFICE....
A very quick and easy process. Unfortunately, I had to travel to the Dallas office to successfully complete it; however I was politely greeted and worked with Ivonne who was very professional, tech savvy, intelligent and also extremely attractive. I was informed that I could complete any future request via online.
They only get 1 star because it was easy. Learn from my mistake the easy things have the biggest heartache. They take out $334 bi weekly from my account but only put $19 toward my loan. I got my loan a month a go and after two payments only $50 has gone toward my loan.Their solution is to pay even more so the extra can go toward your loan. Please stay away. Its not worth it. I wish I knew better because this hurt me more than it helped.
