September 18.2017 I pawned my TIFFANY'S NECKLACE STERLING SILVER ...IT WAS PURCHASED AT TIFFANY'S in NORTH PARK MALL Dallas ,Texas ...so not realizing it had almost been 2 years that I have paid on it every month & bought interest so in calculating what I've paid it was time for me to pick it up ..so I go to pick up & I had a feeling something was not right from the PROCESS of the Manager & clerk going to retrieve it from the stores VAULT...SO I WALKED around the store & notice that the clerk should have called for me to come back to the counter and get my TIFFANY'S NECKLACE .. but there was only one clerk at ther counter& I asked the clerk was there a problem... ...so she went to check.. then the clerk who waited on me came out with that NECKLACE & as soon as I took it out of ther box..I noticed a big difference it was not my NECKLACE & I made the clerk well aware that it was not mines..he asked me how did I know. I told him because my NECKLACE had a special marking on it ... he asked me where..I ASKED him why would I tell you that.. because I knew it wasn't mIne & someone who works for that company has been DISLOYAL & DISHONEST WITH THE COMPANY PRACTICE ...SOMEWHERE BETWEEN MY INITIAL PAWN OF MY TIFFANY'S NECKLACE IT HAS BEEN SWITCHED OUT WITH A NECKLACE THAT LOOKS LIKE TIFFANY'S... THE NECKLACE THEY TRIED TO GIVE ME WAS NOT MY ORIGINAL TIFFANY'S NECKLACE..So I asked for Manager & when Manager came to talk he was already on the defense as if my COMPLAINT was not legitimate. & to make matters worse... I asked for his superior then the Manager told me he would send email & ...that he would contact me ... so within a couple of hours I received a call from District Manager DAVID WINN ..& right from the Beginning of the call .. I knew that i was going to have to pursue higher authority.. because Mr. DAVID WINN WAS NOT open to LISTENING NOR ACKNOWLEDGING MY COMPLAINT OR CONCERNS...ALSO MR. DAVID WIN INSULTED MY INTELLIGENCE ...HE SPOKE & I HAD TO ASK HIM TO ALLOW ME TO SPEAK... BUT HE ALREADY WAS FIRM ON THAT THERE WAS NOT A ISSUES...SO I'M GOING TO HANDLE THIS WITH LEGAL AUTHORITY... I JUST WANT TO SAY THERE IS NO WAY I WOULD HAVE PAID FOR ALMOST 2 YEARS ON SOMETHING THAT WAS NOT WORTH THE VALUE...
This place is badass. They have a lot of cool stuff here. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I will be back. Highly recommended!
