Always have terrible customer service !! It doesn't matter if you're in the store or on the phone with them it always bad. Poor service has caused me not to purchase something I wanted many of time.
Refused to accept an item, that was in the original packaging (like new), that I had purchased over a year ago, because I didn't have the receipt showing the purchase. Will not be using this pawn shop.

If I can give them zero stars I would!! Took our Matthews bow in to get a loan on it and the guy in there insulted us with a $100 loan offer!! He also said he just paid $600 for a bowtec.. really?? And only offer $100 loan for a Matthews!!?? Went down to Texas cash pawn and they gave us what we wanted to get! I'll never be back into first cash pawn ever again!!!
