This is a horrible place to get a loan at, I advise everyone and will make sure to tell everyone I know never to come to this company ever, they are horrible, misleading and don't work with you at all because I mean life happens and if you ask them to give you a few days to pay at least your minimum payment trust me they will not, so please pass this on my experience with them was horrible and I will never go back to them, the absolute most worse experience so please pass this on.
This place is so awesome and helpful!! I will only come here.. The ladies are wonderful here!!!
All I will say is this whatever you borrow from them just pay it back as quickly as possible! The interest on their loans are high!
Brittany is not only misleading but a complete liar. I received a call from their corporate office regarding my application. When the corporate office called them they "increased" the lowball offer up $50 and then when I called back, Brittany lowed it back down. The corporate office lady, Nicki, agreed this is unethical business practices and when she tried to reach the DM, Steve, Brittany lied AGAIN, claiming he left however I called less than 5 minutes later and he was available. Needless to say I will DEFINITELY warn as many people as I can and have filed a formal complaint with their corporate offices and will also do so with the BBB and credit agencies that regulate their licencing.
