the fact that the lady forgot to tell me its a 2% fee to cash my check there, like seriously? maybe i needed the whole amount.. & then for you not to tell me any information just ask for my ID & fill this paper out smh , but my mistake for not asking questions. still should have better customer service & give this knowledge out especially if it’s someone’s first time.
