The manager (Tiffany I believe) treated me as if I were trying to do some kind of loan scam. I called HER gave HER my info & was approved over the phone by HER. When I went into the office to give my paperwork to HER I went with my boyfriend who was related to the other girl working there (his niece) First of all the loan I applied for wasn’t for him it was for me & I didn’t go through his niece I went through HER. So how was I trying to scam anyone?? She was very unprofessional & she kept going to a back room & calling her boss to ask questions. Who does that?? The whole experience was uncomfortable. I will never go back to this location. I will pay my loan & do business at another location. Terrible customer service I would have given 0 stars but it wasn’t an option. Side note: My boyfriends niece ended up quitting this place because this women treated her so ugly all the time especially after we left that day like if we were all in on this “loan scam”. Literally drilling her with questions. I think they should replace her immediately. I wanted so badly to call her && cuss her out for the way she treated us but instead I will leave a review for the world to see what kind of a person she is.

They have wonderful customers service, every time I call they always answer my calls.. the owner is very friendly. .. love the staff. . Every time I go I get greed from every one... I been with them for 3 yrs... love it...
Horrible customer service. Horrible phone etiquette, they just hang up on you right in the middle of your, "thank you have a blessed day". Everyone sounds and acts like they don't want to be there. I even tried being extra polite to hopefully get at the very least an insincere mirrored effect. But all to no avail. I can't do business at a place like this and really no one should have to endure an experience like this. Those(not all tho, but I just had 2 deaths to tend to on top of this) calling are already in some sort of distress then when calling for help they get this piled on top. The owner should really look into this or put cameras up with audio to see for themselves. Thank you for tour time have a blessed day.
